Joyful Beginnings is proud to introduce you to our new Directors!
Ashley Westmiller and Rachael Aycock bring nearly 20 years of combined expertise and proven dedication to the early childhood field.
Since they started in April of this year, they have been successful in creating safe, loving, enriching environment that children and families love, including bringing the nutritional CACFP food program to Joyful Beginnings!
Through hosting activities such as family events and on-site field trips including a petting zoo, they have been able to bring a true sense of community to the center.
By creating an excellent work environment, they have fostered a truly cohesive team of dedicated teachers, who not only enjoy working together but truly love their jobs!
Rachael and Ashley are also responsible for reaching out to the community and providing transportation to Joyful Beginnings for children attending Livonia Schools!
Currently we are working toward achieving Pathways Accreditation through the Children's Institute, a Rochester organization dedicated to early childhood education. Along with it's sister center Pride & Joy, in West Henrietta, Joyful Beginnings will be one of only a few centers to achieve this high standard of child care!
For Ashley and Rachael, honesty and integrity are paramount in creating trusting partnerships with the families we serve. They are dedicated to upholding the highest ethical standards in the industry and to continually looking for ways to provide better services!
